Don't give up!
Quitting vaping is difficult, and may take several attempts, but you can do it. Think about why you want to quit, make a plan, get support, and find a quit buddy. You can even visit a doctor or use online quit tools, if you have access. You have a strong community with you, and once you’ve quit, you will be thankful you put in the hard work.
Don’t forget to be kind to yourself during the quitting process. And also- you probably don’t need this reminder, but don’t turn to smoking cigarettes instead of vaping. The goal is to break the harmful cycle of nicotine addiction, and if you turn to cigarettes, you’re simply replacing one form of nicotine for another.
