Vaping Cessation (6 of 10)

Your doctor can help you quit

To help you quit vaping, your doctor will first need to figure out the level of your nicotine addiction. They may recommend counseling and/or medications to help with withdrawal symptoms.

Ask your doctor if Nicotine Replacement Therapy such as nicotine patches or gum could be helpful in your situation. If you are under the age of 18, you will need a doctor’s approval to use Nicotine Replacement Therapy.

Medically speaking, the act of quitting vaping will go a long way for your health. Take the quiz below to refresh your memory on just how bad vaping is for your body.
